Answer: Everyone can use extra support in their daily lives. At times goals can vary, type of treatment modalities needed can vary, and your connection with a particular therapist can vary as well but therapy is always a good self care practice to incorporate in your life.
Question: Can I afford therapy?
Answer: Many healthcare plans include behavioral health treatment. I'm currently in network with Aetna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Oscar Health, BCBS of NC, and Cigna and my self pay rates are $100. If you're insured through Medicaid, your managed care provider can assist with finding a provider that currently accepts their Medicaid.
